iGEM stands for The International Genetically Engineered Machine. It is international Synthetic Biology competition to attempt to build simple biological systems from standard bioBrick, interchangeable parts and operate them in living cells. This completion held by MIT for undergraduate student regardless of their educational background.

Cyber City

The concept of Cyber City is close to human mind which can ignore the gravity and flows in any direction. It is no longer limited to the experience of physical spaces in order to organize everyday life. It is expanded people's visual and spatial skills by providing varying degree of information. It is a virtual reality which provides non-geometrical information while allows the residents to stay connected with the real environment. This spatial connectedness integrated with augmented reality becomes a new paradigm to go beyond the conventional architecture and generate a new form of genius culture. Moreover, this paradigm constitutes the core of a very promising new agenda for further development of a cognitive space in the near future.

In this context, cyber city is a new kind of perpetual space with varying degree of connectivity. This city generated form a continuous habitable space by removing distinction between horizontal and vertical elements such as doors, walls, floors and staircase. It is completely open and accessible space where there is no inside and outside.it is a boundless permeable structure with varying degree of density and expansion. It is a generative system which responds to external forces by providing uniform and irregular spaces.

In conclusion, augmented reality coupled with new architectural paradigm Theorically raises the capabilities of perception, intelligence, learning, and many others that define numerous properties of synthetic intelligence or cognitive space.
